User credentials have expired

Symptom: After establishing the VPN and trying to access the network resource, you may receive “User credentials have expired” error.

Cause and resolution: This can sometimes result from using cached credentials to authenticate over VPN.

1. Try to re-cache the credentials using net command (refer to the below link).
