You receive not connected when running Cisco VPN client

The received HASH payload cannot be verified

Hash verification failed... may be configured with invalid group password.

Failed to authenticate peer (Navigator:904)

Unexpected SW error occurred while processing Aggressive Mode negotiator:(Navigator:2202)

Situation: the user just receive a new laptop. He installed Cisco VPN client on it. When he tried to establish the VPN, you receive not connected error. The below is the log.

Unexpected SW error occurred while processing Aggressive Mode negotiator:(Navigator:2202)

Troubleshooting: We found that he type the wrong group name. It should be chicagotech, but he typed chicagtech. After changed the group, it works.
