Cisco Enterprise Wireless doesn't work

Situation: The client follow this "How to set up a Cisco Enterprise Wireless Using NPS in Microsoft Active Directory" - http://www.howtocisco.com/cisco/wireles ... eless1.htm, but can't make it work. The wireless keeps popup for credentials. The problem is he doesn't know  this Cisco AP configuration issue or IAS issue.

Troubleshooting: The IAS Event Viewer doesn't show any IAS event. So the problem must be Cisco AP configuration. After reviewing the configuration, we found he didn't assign RADIUS server IP address in EAP Authentication. The correct settings looks like this:

or You must have these command lines.

aaa group server radius rad_admin
server 10.0.0.3 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
server 10.0.0.12 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646

radius-server host 10.0.0.12 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646 key xxxxxxxxxxxx
radius-server host 10.0.0.3 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646 key
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
