iPad switches WPA-Enterprise to Public Wireless

Situation: The iPad users have a problem to use company's Enterprise wireless running on Cisco 1200 AP. They can see it and setup, but the wireless switches to public wireless in a few minutes.

Troubleshooting: If we open SSID setup, we can see the BSSID/Guest Mode is setup to use Public wireleess. The solution is setup multiple Guest Mode or called broadcast.
