Cisco Wireless is not stable

Situation: The client has 5 Cisco APs in their Cisco Wireless LAN Controller. The wireless keeps dropping and no stable. In the WLC Monitor, we can see teh AP shows up for a couple minutes and then disappeared. The AP Static IP keeps changing, for example it changed from 10.0.30.81 to 10.0.30.85 and then the APO uses 10.0.30.85 will disappear.

 

Troubleshooting: Cause: We found one of switches shows "inline power controller test failed". Reset the switch doesn't fix the problem until we shut it down. This link may help too:
