Can't access Cisco Secure ACS HTML
Case 1: The user
is using Firefox with Java disabled.
Case 2: The user
is using Vista which has blocked the port 2002 for ACS by the
firewall.
Case 3: The user types domain administrator and password. The
ACS username is admin with a different password.
Case 4: Can't
login from some of computers. Allow only listed IP addresses to
connect is selected, but no start or stop IP addresses are
listed. Go to Administrator Control: Access Policy and specify
the Start IP Address and Stop IP Address.
