Symptoms: When trying to run Cisco VPN client, you may receive this error: "Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding".

Case 1: The Cisco PIX VPN server is behind another router and the UDP port 500 was closed.

Case 2. Group Name and and password didn't match.

Case 3. The VPN server hadn't selected IP Pool.

Case 4. The VPN client was not match the IP peer address in the VPN server.
