Some users can't establish the Cisco ASA VPN
Case 1: When some users try to establish a VPN in Cisco ASA, it keeps prompting for credentials. However, some users don't have this problem.
Troubleshooting: We found one of Domain Controllers was down. After restarting the DC, all users are able to access the VPN.
Case 2: The users can't establish the Cisco ASA VPN but the we can ping the VPN server IP address.
Troubleshooting: Reset ASA.
Case 3: The users can't establish the Cisco ASA VPN but the we can ping the VPN server IP address.
Troubleshooting: There is Peplink between the router and ASA. Rebooting the Peplink fixed the problem.
