iPad has a problem to access Cisco 1231 AP We have setup Enterprise wireless and public wireless on our 1231 AP. All iPad tablets have a problem to access the Enterprise Wireless. The only fix we find is setup Enterprise wireless as guest mode. The problem is we can't setup both enterprise and public as guest mode. In other word, we can setup only one guest mode for Enterprise wireless or Public Wireless. If we setup Enterprise as guest mode, then people have a problem to access the public wireless. Any suggestions? Resolution: If you want to broadcast multiple SSIDs
then you have to set the mbssid. For example
To setup multiple SSIDs using web utility, login Cisco AP
utility by opening an Internet Browser. Navigate to Security>SSID Manager.
Under Guest Mode/Infrastructure SSID Settings, select a wireless in Set
Single Guest SSID and check Multiple BSSID. Click Apply to save the
settings. Post your questions, comments, feedbacks and suggestions Related Topics
